Onboard - Adventures On Water

Maidenhead Sailing Club starts 2024 building on the success of our youth & Junior programme to become a RYA OnBoard venue.

Run by sailing’s National Governing Body, the RYA, OnBoard is a hugely successful grass roots initiative. The programme seeks to support a positive relationship with physical activity in young people throughout their journey on water. Launched in 2005, the programme has helped introduce nearly 1,100,000 young people across the country to sailing and windsurfing.

Hannah Cockle, RYA OnBoard Manager, comments; “It’s great to welcome Maidenhead Sailing Club to the OnBoard programme. We look forward to working with them and the local community in the future.”
