Today's adventure started with a surprise snowstorm but luckily our sailors came wrapped up in long wetsuits with an outer windproof layer.
The light winds in the morning were ideal for land drills, an introduction to the boats, and some spritting for the oppies.
The midday breeze was great sailing weather and we completed some fun shore sessions learning about sails.
The strong onshore winds in the afternoon were ideal to learn safe methods of returning to shore, using alternative forms of wind power, and creating our own sails.
