The lake looks like it's colder than the south pole right now... with snow still sat over the ice. For that reason John Woffinden, who is Race Officer this Sunday, will be cancelling this weekend's racing.
The good news is that there is a potential heatwave next week which might thaw the ice ahead of Christmas day, however, who knows if it will be okay for the Boxing Day race.
