The Winter 07/08  Junior Training Series re-starts on Saturday 19th January.   All Junior members are welcome, as are their parents to assist with running the sessions.

Times

You will need to be there at about 9:30 am to get your boat rigged so that we can get on the water by 10:00am
 
Optimists will finish after lunch - at about 1:30 pm, Toppers/Topazes will finish at around 3:30 pm once you have put your boat away.

Costs

Toppers and Topazes:  £7 per session (£4 own boat – must be insured)
Optimists:  £5 per session (£3 own boat – must be insured)
This includes a hot lunch around midday.

Other Info

Ensure you bring the following:

· Warm clothing and wet/dry suits must be worn throughout
· Hat (possibly sailing gloves)
· Sailing boots (or old trainers with plastic food bags to keeps socks dry)
· Buoyancy Aid (some are available at the club)
· Towel
· 2 x changes of warm clothing in case you fall in!

Parents 

We have some parent volunteers organising hot lunch for your children when they come of the water, but we do need extra help from 12.00 to 1.30 with serving up.  There will be a rota on display on Saturday 10th – please sign up for a session.

Parents/guardian of children under 10 will need to be present during the sailing session.
