A wide variety of boats are sailed at Maidenhead SC.  There is class racing organised for Albacores, Solos and Lasers, other classes race in the "Menagerie" fleet where results are calculated after applying a handicap system.

The club has over 20 boats that can be hired by members.  These include:

- 2 RS Vision
- 3 Lasers (with full, radial and 4.7 rigs)
- 5 Topaz
- 6 Optimists
- 2 Topper
- 2 GP14s
